Welp it hasn't been too terrible the last couple of days. I did my 48 "clense" and I am still sticking to it ..kinda. I ate a bit of tuna tonight with my diner (which might I add was amazing, recipe to come later). I haven't really felt like I was starving. Last night I really wanted some chip, chocolate, any junk food I think I would've been fine with and instead of caving I had half an orange. I felt just fine after than. Funny how your body can make you think that you want something that is bad for you but it is completely satisfied by fruits and vegies. I pulled these craving tips from Yahoo health:
Healthy Ways to Satisfy Unhealthy Food Cravings: Salty Foods
When you have a food craving for salty foods, your body actually needs chloride. A couple healthy ways to satisfy this craving is to eat fish or to add unrefined sea salt to your meal. A quick tuna salad made with fat-free mayonnaise would be a healthy way to satisfy your unhealthy food cravings.
Healthy Ways to Satisfy Unhealthy Food Cravings: Chocolate
Your body may also need magnesium if you have cravings for chocolate. Instead of giving in to this unhealthy food craving, choose snacks like nuts and fruit. If your absolutely must have chocolate, you could buy a trail mix that has dried fruit, nuts, seeds, and dark chocolate. Dark chocolate is actually healthy for you and when you choose a trail mix you satisfy your food cravings and give your body what it needs.

You can always google how to satisfy different craving in a healthy way. There are tons of articles that are really helpful.
I have found the last 48 hrs that I love me some watermelon and was amazed at how great watermelon is for you.
Eating your fruits is an important part of any well-balanced diet, but watermelon in particular has so much to offer. Watermelon nutrition facts show us that one wedge has 86 calories, less than 1 gram of fat, no cholesterol and less than 1% of your daily value of sodium.
But watermelon does provide you with 22 grams of carbs, 2 grams of protein and 5% of your daily value of fiber, a healthy recipe for fat burning and weight loss. With 18 grams of sugar, watermelon is a great way to curb a sugar craving.
Watermelon nutrition facts reveal this fruit as a jack of all trades; providing healthy amounts of virtually all essential vitamins and minerals. Vitamins A and C are available in high quantities in just 1 wedge of watermelon, providing 33 and 39% of your daily value. Vitamin B6, pantothenic acid and thiamin are also provided in significant amounts.
Aside from sodium, one wedge of watermelon can give you at least 2% of your daily value of all minerals. Potassium, magnesium and manganese are provided in the highest amounts, with other minerals in much smaller amounts. (http://www.fatburningfurnace.com/)

Lets not forget the most important part of living healthy and gettin it tight, EXERCISE!!!  I have done yoga everday this week and I never realized what a difference it could make. I would suggest it to anyone or any body type. I always thought yogo had to do with these skinny little women that could put their feet over their head and pose. I WAS SO WRONG (don't tell my boyfriend I said that lol). While I struggle to do certain poses I still feel great when I get done.

While I am excited to share everything with you I need to hit the hay. Keep me in your thoughts because I think I want to start getting up crazy early and working out....I am NOT a morning person.

So very true :)
Welp this isn't as easy as I want it to be. 2 weeks now and I don't think I have dropped any weight..but I have done better at eating healthier. I have such a weakess for carbs. I googled what I should way according to medical standards and it says between 104 - 136...my goal is to be healthy not supper skinny. I think 20 lbs is acceptable goals for me at this point and when I am less than 150 we can talk about medical standards.
Tomorrow starts my own little detox. For one or two days I will do a raw juice or lemon water fast where I consume nothing but fresh raw vegetable and fruit juice and/or pure spring water with lots of fresh-squeezed lemon or lime juice added to it. This will detox and cleanse my body, boost my energy, wake up my metabolism, and help me lose a pound or two easily. Because I think this is going to be trying for me my boyfriend (because he is awesome) is going to do the detox with me.

Welp here it goes. Have you ever looked in the mirror and said "WOW I look gross"? I don't do that at all; I avoid the mirror and cover myself up completely if I have to be in fromt of it. A rather pathetic thing to do for an athlete...well I used to be one. I played sports growing up soccer, track, cheerleading, volleyball, and many others. I loved soccer the most. I played all the time. In highschool that was where it was at for me. Eventually I went to college and playing soccer paid for part of it. Eventually life got busy and I spent less and less time playing sports and more time as a mother. Having a child did wonders for my body,. but that's what I get for being a lazy toosh. Now six years after having my daughter I am in the worst shape of my life and really I am just tired of not being who I know I can be.
I have been inspired to lose weight be seeing a mojor change in an old friends life. She was a thick girl, but by no means fat. I always saw her as pretty probably because I knew what an amazing person she was. She had her first child (who might I add is just adorable) and just a short year later she is in the best shape I have ever seen her in. She did it the right way, hard work and motivation. I strive to be as much as an insperation as she is to me.
Now for my goals, I would share exactly what they are but I am not to the point where I want to talk about my weight. I will share that I am currently at risk for heart issues, breathing issues, and I am probably suffering from sleep apnea. I have broke it down into three different goals. I think if I set one goal I would feel slightly overwhelmed and I would just give up. Since the whole idea is to not give up I figured I would start small then go big (or get smaller). I would like to be able to say by the end of this summer that my first goal has been met and I am well into the second.
I want to be the best me possible for me and my kiddo.
Step one:
Get off my lazy ass and walk (and maybe jog a bit if I dont pass out)
